Imo's Pizza - Reserva de mesa

Absolutely the WORST experience at a restaurant. Placed a delivery order at 9pm. Was told it would be 40 min. An hour and half later I polity called to check on the order and was told it was out for delivery and would here soon. 45 min later still no food! Called store again and am told I don't know what happened to your order. Asked for a manager and he answers and said yes. I started talking and he hung up on me! Called back and was told we don't know what happened to your order. We can cancel it for you. I said no everyone else is closed now. How long on my order. He says he doesn't know where his delivery driver is so he's not sure. I ended up having to go pick the order up 3 HOURS later...

IMO?s has been a family favorite all my life, but our experience last Saturday was terrible. The service was very slow and when the food did come, several people in our group were missing items from their order, which took two tries to remedy (and the missing items were easy things like salads, crackers, etc. . The salads were not up to their usual standards when they arrived?the lettuce was wilted, and the salad had hardly any cheese on it. Also, we were eating it at the restaurant, so you?d think our pizza would have been hot. Unfortunately it was ice cold and also seemed slightly over cooked. My husband already thinks they are overpriced, so it will be difficult to convince him to eat the...

On our last trip to St Louis to visit my hometown, I tried to show my husband some great st Louis favorites and while several was not a great disappointment IMO'S. Absolutely excellent over the board. The service was top notch, you have a great crew at the South County location opposite the shopping center. The place was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. We have a large pizza and 2 different pasta dishes and garlic cheese bread for 4 adults and had nothing more Lol. It was a great experience and I thank you very much.

my pizza has cardboard on the floor of it because it was melted on the box and not even cut into pieces, it was simply made and thrown on the box. then I ordered 6 hot wings (i.e. it should be hot sauce/buffalo sauce on them) and the wings that we almost bone dry. the workers are unimportant that they do not speak to people when they come in, they only look at them and take their time to help them. the fact that I have to go another distance to enjoy my food from exactly the same place is wild. shameful. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! came from Kentucky for a lacrosse tournament. From a friend we needed to come by. Everything from pizza, garlic cheese bread and pasta was amazing. The staff was wonderful. We loved it so much that we came back 2 days in a row for lunch special. A must try!

Fernando is great! we had a little swallow with our order and he took care of us and was so brilliant to work with! we? ve ordered from this Imo?s a couple times and eating is great! thank you. farando and all employees!

Fernando the manager there made our experience the best time I had ever eaten pizza. Not to mention the ravioli, cheese bites and pizza were all amazing! Best pizza I ever had!
