We ordered to pick up lunch they had a weekday lunch special ordered. The pick up time given to me was 1245 1pm. When I reached, I saw that there was already a group of people waiting. The girl working there told me that everyone standing there was waiting for their order and that my order would take another 15 minutes. 40 minutes later, they still needed a few more minutes to ready my order. When i asked for her supervisor to come out, the supervisor told me that my, and another customer's order, could be made ready in 2 3 minutes. Awful service; terrible experience. There were not that many people in the restaurant when we arrived with lots of empty seats. We waited in front of the door as the sigh said to be seated. After 10 minutes waiting, no body came to greet us or seat us. I went to the one of the waiters. He said you can go and seat but kitchen is behind and have to wait 20 minutes before we take your order. And we agreed. He came and took order in about 20 minutes. But then food took another 1.5-2 hours to come. First my son’s food came. June 2023: Our group of four sampled four different dishes from the Indo-Chinese section of the menu, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I don’t understand the negative reviews from some diners—perhaps they accidentally ordered from the Pan-Asian menu expecting traditional Indian cuisine, which might not have suited their tastes. As for the criticism about the chicken nuggets, why order those at a quality restaurant? Maybe the reviewer’s children are used to fast food nuggets that lack real chicken. Stick to the Indo-Chinese dishes here, and you won’t be let down.
While driving from San Diego to LA around 8:20 pm, we were looking for Chinese food near the freeway and found this restaurant conveniently located by the 405 Freeway with lovely decor. The atmosphere was nice, but the food felt a bit expensive for its average taste and quality. Service was quick, though there was some confusion with our online order—our payment was deducted, and the restaurant had the order, yet there was an error. Overall, it was a decent experience.
This restaurant was a complete letdown. From the dirty seats and unwashed plates to the stale food (especially the veg smelly cauliflower Manchurian), the lack of attention to detail made for a disastrous dining experience. I highly recommend steering clear of this establishment until they address these cleanliness and service issues and improve the quality of their food. Rating: 1 out of 5.
I arrived at Inchin’s Bamboo Garden at 8:50 PM, just 40 minutes before closing, and was told the kitchen was already closed. What a disappointment! The customer service was terrible. UPDATE: After reading other reviews, I’m actually glad they didn’t seat us. It probably saved me time, money, and a lot of frustration.

Which Indian restaurant serves warmed up frozen food?? The Naan that we ordered were exactly like that, brought up from an Indian grocery store and not at all freshly prepared, priced at a multiple. Look out for other better Indian place or drive up to Artesia if possible. This isn’t worth it
The staff never fails to disappoint. Almost took an hour to serve food. And then they came back to ask of we have ordered food.Taste is okay but not at the cost of time and service.
