I've tried to give this location a chance twice. My family and I wasn't pleased either times. The first time we showed up an hour and a half before closing. There was only one couple eating in the entire place. We was not greeted, and after waiting for five minutes we were told that someone would be with us in a minute. That turned out to be 20 minutes later before we were seated. We couldn't order a lot of the breakfast items because of malfunctioning equipment in the kitchen. Me and my husband were at iHop on Saturday. The food we ordered was very good. Our service was excellent! The manager had to call the ambulance for me for I became very dizzy and had passed out. Our server and the manager were so attentive to me and my husband. They kept asking if we needed anything at all. I can’t thank them enough for staying by my side. I’m very grateful to iHop. not disturbing! there is a person who works the whole restaurant. they should be closed if that is the case. we were told that we had a place, and someone will be with you to put you. 10 minutes later, the only waitress tells us that there are two big tables and there will be one last. 10 minutes later, we were told that it will wait longer. we're gone!
Waited 5 min before someone came and asked us if we wanted to be seated.didn't look like anyone was there to wait on customers.we left.Found out later they only had 1 server.glad we left, didn't want to wait an hour to get waited on after we would have been seated. Sad because I know they have good food there. Maybe try it again some other time.

only good if you smoked or drank all night, gf ordered turkey bacon instead of pig bacon, did not get my strawberry syrup as I asked. our waitress didn't want to be there. I just want to say to everyone if they are in the customer service industry, they have to act as if they want to be there. wherever you work.
I come here every other Sunday with my daughter. We went once and have made it a routine since then. Mandy is incredible and attentive and the food never disappoints for what you're paying.Food: 4/5

The food was fantastic, but unfortunately there was only one waiter working on Father's Day. Other than that, everything else was great.
Poor service. Five tables seated after us received their food before us. No check up on how we are doing!
