My friends and I, who frequent many restaurants in the area, ereserved a table here for dinner on Saturday night. The dinner was very good BUT we have one complaint about the clarity of the menu. I ordered a veal shank- which was very good and my 2 sisters ordered the risotto and added on the black truffles. Scrumptious Tuscan kale salad! Chilled Stella glasses for my beer? Yes, please. Quick service before an event nearby really came in handy. Very friendly staff. Some the best dining music I’ve heard in awhile. Food just tastes better when Barry White is playing. Enjoyed seeing one of the bartender using the shaker to mix the drinks just right. After strolling around Union Square on Sunday we decided to try Isabelle’s Osteria. The hostess was pleasant and took us to our table. Our server Barbara came to the table and greeted our family nicely. We asked for suggestions and a few items that we loved were fried chicken waffles, poached eggs and mushroom lasagna. We couldn’t get enough! I would recommend this place and our server over and over again.
Amazing place to get lunch! The inside and outside was nicely decorated. Tons of seats. This restaurant is around the corner from Union Square. Food was good and service was even better. I highly recommend this restaurant. Check it out!!
