Ishka is simply amazing! The cosy stylish environment, the beautiful cocktails and the perfect food really was a highlight of our Wedding!! We had a small wedding at the castle and had our wedding breakfast at Ishka for 32. Claire and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect, setting up beautifully, helping to pick our own menu and even setting up our cake for us! We decided on a package were we were welcomed with Prosecco and then had a three course meal with tea and coffee after. Communication with Claire was perfect and easy, she really understood the relaxed atmosphere we were going for!! They were all just so attentive and everyone was blown away with the qualit...
Ate here recently on a groupon which was given as a gift, we were warmly welcomed as we entered the restaurant and were offered whatever table we wanted as the restaurant was pretty empty. We ordered soup and pulled pork rice balls and followed with burger and baked hake , the food was good and flavoursome , not sure if I’d rush back but wouldn’t dismiss returning in the future, a little gripe was that there wasn’t any alcohol free beer as I was driving I couldn’t drink alcohol, they stock harviestoun beer which have an excellent alcohol free beer , there are many others readily available in most restaurants.
