Ital Vital Rastarant West Indian Vegan

Got a drumsticks combo and a small veggie plate. It was unbelievably good. I can’t wait to go back. The drumsticks have an amazing flavour. The fries were delicious and crispy. The small plate was the perfect portion size for me. I chose a few of the different stews on a base of noodles. I would 100% eat this exact same order again. I would like to try some of their fresh juice next time as well. It looked really good. This place is the real deal. Good vibes, amazing food. What more could you ask for?! Thank you on behalf of vegetarians everywhere.

Love this place! I'll be back all the time. It is my first choice for nearby cheap vegan takeout. They have amazing carribean food, and with a rotating selection of stews and bases, they always have a different choice when I go. Your BBQ plant protein that they put on every meal is my favorite thing. It's so delicious! They also have really delicious smoothies and desserts.

What kind of sorcery is this?! Had I not been ordering from a completely vegan restaurant I would have been convinced I was eating meat. Delicious food!I don’t know what took me so long to order from Ital Vital but lemme tell you, we’re going to be the best of friends.

Gave a 1 star the first time, changed it to a 5 star today because wow , very fantastic food. Bbq ribs had good portion compared to before and cauliflower wings were good too. Was very very pleasantly surprised and happy I gave it a second chance.

This place is a winner every time we go your taste buds will be satisfied with out question. Food is always good people are amazing, chefs are fantastic 5 stars all day. Been coming here for years well worth the trip for delicious food.

Great vegan restaurant. I’m not vegan myself, but I gave it a try and I was amazing with all the flavour the food has. If I was able to eat vegan food this good all the time then switching would be easy lol. Highly recommend :

This is the best Caribbean vegan restaurant I’ve been to in the GTA. The food is amazing. There are so many options. Everything is 100% vegan. The staff are friendly and the restaurant environment is chill.
