I was really disappointed with the amount of chicken in the popcorn chicken dish; there was so much breading and so little actual chicken. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt based on other reviews, but I should have listened to my instincts. The San Leandro location has delicious, juicy popcorn chicken, and they generously fill the box to the brim. I considered giving this place three stars because at least the fries were good, but my wife felt it deserved a lower rating, especially since the curly fries were priced at $8, which was the same price as the popcorn chicken. In the competitive boba tea market, Itea likely ranks among the top five spots in the area, thanks to its four solid offerings. However, the layout could be more organized and customer-friendly. It tends to get quite busy, making it challenging to figure out whether you should order at the self-service kiosk or wait at the register. The popcorn chicken and other snacks are quite tasty, and having a dining area would be a nice addition to enhance the experience.

this place really went downhill. they still have no interior seats, long after other restaurants have welcomed customers in the interior. worse, your personal seems always exhausted and the service is always so. slow. even if no one is in the shop, it takes at least 15 minutes to get their order. if they are lucky, and only longer, the more people are there.

My favorite drinks here are the Oolong Milk Tea and the Mango Fruit Tea. As for snacks, I really enjoy the Fried Cuttlefish Balls and Takoyaki. Although it can be a bit pricey, the quality and portion sizes make it worth it. Service can be slow when they’re busy, but generally, it’s quick and excellent. Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered the black salted kreama tea, but I only received plain black tea. The chicken was missing garlic and basil, which was disappointing. I'm beginning to lose faith in this place; I used to love it, but it's not living up to expectations anymore.

Terribly confusing menu. Service wasn't good. Very slow and they didn't give me my food. Just drinks. Then as I left I noticed they didn't make my food. Just charge me for drinks. Not the egg puff. This is not a good place or location.

I love this place!!! the Y1. Basil Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 the egg Y19. Egg Rolls (8 PCS) 一口春卷 and my L1. Classic Thai Tea with Boba I am so happy!! AND they dont mind me asking for extra chili sauce

the Y1. Basil Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 is kinda dry and slightly overpriced for what you actually get. the drinks are pretty good

The drinks are decent, but the popcorn is truly exceptional! The staff is also delightful.
