I've encountered numerous issues with DoorDash in the past, and as soon as I realized they would be delivering my order, I decided to cancel. Usually I love this place but I was very disappointed… I ordered a pickup order . One 11 boneless wing combo that only came with 9 pieces and two orders of Buffalo wings that one order came with ranch spilt all over it. We were given no straws for our drinks, no utensils for the boneless wings and no napkins for wings!Not to mention my fiancé was greeted by a women who was very rude. Buyer beware: “It’s just wings” isn’t a real restaurant, it’s Chilis. I thought I found a new local wing place but as soon as I paid, I saw it charged my card to Chilis. Pickup also at Chilis. I feel emotionally blackmailed. I never would have ordered from chilis. Nonetheless the chicken wasn’t terrible. Kinda soggy by the time I got it home.

Doordashed an order. Order was confirmed by the restaurant at 8:29 pm.....at 9:51pm the order was cancelled, effectively screwing me out of any other delivery option. Dasher was even at the restaurant at 8:40pm and waited an hour to get hosed as well.
Terrible service. Did not come out with curbside delivery after waiting 10 minutes after checkin. Went in to store ignored at counter for 5+ minutes. Food cold with incorrect wing flavors. Think carefully before going here..
Everything was cold by the time we received our food, which has never happened to us before. The wings were tasty, but the fries felt stale, and since most of them were underneath the wings, they ended up soggy.
Love the wings! Every time I get them tho they are cold. And this time my drink was forgotten; but I really love the wings!!
