This was our first time visiting J. ALEXANDER'S and everything was amazing. We had the deviled eggs, which were very good and the calamari (could've been done a little more). There were 4 of us, one had the NY strip (seasoned to perfection), one had the prime rib (cooked to perfection almost melted in your mouth), one had the shrimp (fried beautifully) and one had the prime rib sandwich (juicy and seasoned very well). We had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant with fantastic food and service in a charming atmosphere with a pleasant noise level. We definitely plan on returning in the future. This place has all the elements of a successful restaurant with reasonable prices to match.
