My family had been coming here for years . Service and food has always been kind and delicious. Sr. Mendoza will be greatly missed , I'll especially miss the crocodile shaped bread stuffed with cheese and jalapeí±o that he use to make . We still come for empanadas and to remember good times , Hopefully the crocodile bread will make its way back soon. Meanwhile I'll enjoy some empanadas . Mi familia son clientes de muchos aí±os . This is a Peruvian bakery, with parking available just around the corner on Pacific. I was in the mood for a tamale to go with my tierra mia coffee (also situated around the corner), and the tamale I had truly exceeded my expectations. I chose the pollo (chicken) tamale, which was cooked to perfection—juicy and saucy, not dry at all! The onion mixed with lemon and pepper made for a fantastic complement. I loved taking a bite of the tamale along with a scoop of the green sauce! I definitely plan to return to try the pork tamale as well, and they have some breads that look absolutely delicious. If you’re on the hunt for a great tamale, this is a delicious spot to visit!

I visited today to try a Peruvian breakfast, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The chicharrón sandwich was absolutely delicious—truly a 5/5 experience! This place is fantastic for both food and bakery items. There aren't many family-owned businesses like this anymore, so I will definitely be coming back for more. I loved it!

Amazing Pan con Chicharron y Camote (sliced tendered pork with lightly fried sweet potatoes). Haven 't had such a good sandwich in a while. Highly recommend as well as the Empanadas de Pollo. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is the best place in all of LA for papita rellena and chanfainita! The service is outstanding—10000%. I love going here often; it's my favorite spot in HP!
