This is the worst Jack in the Box I've ever visited. They mixed up my husband's order and told him to park while they corrected it. After waiting 10 minutes with no food in sight, he went inside, only to learn that a worker had supposedly taken it outside to deliver. So, where was our order? After another 15 minutes of waiting, I asked about it, and the manager just smirked and laughed. I questioned him about his laughter in a fast food setting, and he said, "I’m laughing because I want to cry." Instead of helping, he retreated to the back office, leaving his staff—who seemed either inexperienced or overwhelmed—without adequate support. The service was appalling; it took 20 minutes to finall...
Jack In The Box, located near Great Park, turned out to be a lifesaver for us at the last minute. After waiting too long for the Great Park balloon and discovering that most restaurants were closed, we arrived at 9:30. Although dining in had ended, the drive-thru was still open until midnight. We ordered a couple of chicken combos from their menu—the home-style club chicken ranch and a spicy option. By the time we got home, the fries were still hot, and I really enjoyed the home-style one; it was excellent. We will definitely be back!
This place near great park was our last minute savior. We got late waiting for great park balloon only to realize most restaurants were closed. At 9:30 we reached here and they are closed for dine in. They have drive thru open till midnight, so took chicken combos (home style club chicken ranch and spicy one). The fries were hot till we got home. I liked the home style one , really good. Will come again
I give this place 5 stars, and not just because they prepare their food perfectly, but also because they have the best service ever! Seriously, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel like a valued customer. It might sound hard to believe, but it's absolutely true! I also love the location since my dogs can enjoy the grassy area nearby. I will definitely be coming back!

It's fast food. This location is a little on the small side and they seemed to run out of a few items. Staff was friendly and even during lunch hour they were quick. I had the fajita pita which was better than expected. Menu is a bit big for a fast food place so if you are not sure best to read a second or two before stepping up to the counter just good manners
I'm 81 yrs old and Jack still has my favorite after all these years...Chicken Fahita Pita and onion rings and a great big coke. Sometimes you gotta get that favorite when the mood strikes, and I can count on it still being available. Thanks Jack!
Great place, very quiet only reason it's a 4 instead of a 5 It's because it's a little farther and hidden. You have to go through a few stop lights to find it from the freeway.Kid-friendliness: They do have a Kids meal option
The restaurant is very clean and features great music with an excellent sound system! The fries are delicious.
