I've recently had the chance to try the tiny tacos, and I've enjoyed them so much that I keep coming back for more. I also sampled the tiny nacho tacos and the bacon nacho tacos, which I found to be really good. The tiny tacos remain my favorite, and the prices are reasonable—you'll definitely leave with two boxes. While the ultimate cheeseburger used to be my top choice, it's now my second favorite. If you haven't tried the tiny tacos yet, you're really missing out!
Nope I really like this place but I don?t know anymore ever sense they have been getting my orders wrong, the food i?ve been purchasing has been cold. Today I purchased some tenders and it was not what I was expecting it was reheated. You can see itthe staff was rude besides a nice man sadly I have to give this place 2 stars
Honestly, it’s baffling. The staff at Jack In The Box aren’t CEOs, yet they are surprisingly stingy when it comes to dipping sauces. I can spend a decent amount on the menu, but they still charge extra for each sauce. It’s just ridiculous.
During my visit, the staff appeared to be rather unwelcoming. The woman who took my order, who I think was of Mexican descent, was especially curt. If she's feeling that dissatisfied, it might be worth her considering another profession. Reserva una mesa ahora
They NEVER read the special instructions when you order delivery through an app. Not exaggerating, NEVER. Like I understand it?s fast food. But come on, the special instructions are printed. How hard is it to read them.
I had one of the best experiences with customer service in a long time. The staff member who assisted me was Tiffany, and she was incredibly nice and friendly. She definitely deserves a raise!
Four stars for follow up. Just don't send out bad fries if anything. Chicken strips were overcooked than other past good orders. Tacos didn't taste as good as they normally do.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl to go. The food was freshly made and it was hot. They did forget to give me a fork and didn't offer me extra teriyaki sauce. Reserva una mesa ahora
Always clean dining and toilets, although I recommend that they turn on and off the bathroom light automatically to be more GREEN.
