Provisions Bistro Market

It was a wonderful experience! The dining room was nicely appointed and the waiter was very attentive. That night there was a musician who played wonderful range of music. The menu featured three chef-inspired entrées and our table of six ordered all of them. The kitchen had no problem with slight changes and substitutions to some of the side dishes. We ended up sharing our entrées so that each had a chance to taste the all the offerings. We also shared a couple of desserts. The bread putting with whiskey sauce and slice of keylime pie were a perfect ending to the meal. The chef/owner has created a fine dining experience in the downtown district. Very enjoyable evening. My only suggestion is , background music should be exactly that...it was a little too loud? Our table may have been too close to speakers? I didn't look for them but now I am thinking that probably is the solution.

We always have a great time dining at Provisions! Our party of two grew to five, and our guests, who were visiting for the first time, absolutely loved it!
