First of all, the place is dirty. There’s mess everywhere on the floor, and even though the bathroom is locked, it’s in terrible condition. Additionally, the door indicates that they accept EBT, but I faced a lot of trouble trying to use it; they insisted it’s only for cold food. What cold food do they even offer?! Moreover, the staff is unfriendly. Everyone seems to be in a bad mood.
The staff were exceptionally rude, and it took an excessively long time for them to take our orders. There was one particularly unfriendly Latino employee who seemed to treat everyone poorly. We all had to wait in line until another staff member returned from their break to take our orders.
The workers here at a random 1:30-2:00pm on a Sunday don’t care to make you feel welcomed. The food is made my working people who stare at you and make you feel unwelcomed. They made my food burnt and looks messy. I won’t be back for drive thru service or dine in.
I don't come here often but usually use the drive-thru when I do. The drive through process has been ok but sometimes not great. This location sells boba milk tea and boba ice coffee. The tea one is pretty good. Reserva una mesa ahora
This is what I received from Jack in the Box tonight. Pretty Nasty!!!! Might have to report this to the health services. Unfortunately, have to rate us at one star too.
I’ve been in the drive through for 20 min. The workers work as if they have Down syndrome. This is an embarrassment to disabled people.
Purchased loaded breakfast sandwich meal combo and egg rolls. Was delicious. Always get egg rolls, they are the best,
