Worst service ever. Ordered a sandwich and got a while different burger in the correct package.Employees told me I got the correct item the ingredients are correct. Didn't think about it. Just denied it right away.They then realized I did get the wrong item. The didn't apologize. They said ok ok we will remake it for you.The new item was still incorrect. Why would a spicy sandwich that is listed on the menu with orange sauce come with white sauce. They said no its correct.They didn't care.They didn't try to correct the mistake. I know I ordered a new item but still come on. Know your menu if you work there. I even described what I ordered and what it had.
I recently ordered a small portion of spicy popcorn chicken and two tacos from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the small container of popcorn chicken was only filled halfway. The tacos were also cold and soggy. Next time, I will have to be more vigilant like I do at McDonald's and check my order before leaving the drive-thru window.
it's not 24 hours. I came at 4 o'clock, they said it was closed, I came at 6 o'clock, they said they were closed, I came at 6:30 o'clock, they said they were closed. please clarify the open hours, otherwise it is not open 24 hours.
The manager was busy disgusting a situation with the workers that they didn't even acknowledge me standing there. And closing the lobby makes it very inconvenient for dasher orange other type of food service workers

I wish I could give zero stars. DoorDash took over an hour to deliver our order, only for the driver to be told the restaurant had given our food away. Then they closed without even completing the order.

Curly fries! In my opinion, Jack In The Box is one of the better fast food chains. And their ranch is the best among fast food options.
