My family and I stopped by for an early breakfast before heading to SFO. I found a Jack in the Box along our route on my map. When we arrived around 3:30 AM, a drive-thru employee immediately told me they were closed. I asked if they weren’t open 24 hours, and she repeated that they were closed. I then asked how long they would be closed, and she said about 10 minutes. I waited approximately 13 minutes and called out, but received no response, so I left. The service was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this location as it is unreliable.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl around 1:20 PM, and it was the best I’ve ever had! The chicken was perfectly sliced and incredibly fresh. This meal was exactly what I needed during my bike commute today, and it tasted amazing. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. I would give this place ten stars! I’ve also picked up a fresh breakfast sandwich here when I was in a rush, and they’ve always delivered. Thank you!

I was the fourth car in line when I arrived. After waiting 15 minutes, I only moved up to being third in the drive-thru. This isn’t really a drive-thru—it feels more like a parking lot because you spend so long just waiting for the car ahead to move. It seems like they don’t start preparing your food until after you pay.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful, particularly from one employee. Even though the food is good, I've returned and faced poor service once more. Because of this, I am giving the restaurant a 1-star rating. Reserva una mesa ahora
