I asked for no tomatoes, no lettuce, no cheese, but wanted bacon, ranch sauce, bread, and chicken only. I ordered a medium size. The screen confirmed just ranch sauce, plain. I didn’t mention the sandwich should be plain, though. When I reached the window, the lady handed me the bag. The food usually earns a rating of 7 or 8 out of 10, but I've noticed that about half the time, my order is incomplete, which forces me to double-check it. There have been several instances where I've gotten home and discovered that an item was missing. However, the main issue affecting my rating is the poor customer service. This has been my go-to fast food place for over 15 years, yet the staff always seems to have an attitude, no matter how polite I am. I truly hope things improve.
I had a very disappointing experience at Jack In The Box. The manager, Isabel, was extremely rude and disrespectful, particularly at the drive-thru, where I witnessed her shouting at an employee, which was disturbing. Additionally, I saw a rat moving around inside the restaurant. I cannot recommend this place due to the poor service and the serious hygiene concerns. I hope health authorities will look into this and take necessary measures.
I've always been a fan of Jack in the Box, but my visit to the location on Stevenson Blvd in Fremont, California, was incredibly disappointing. The Sourdough Jacks we were served were stale and dry, obviously reheated in the microwave and not appetizing at all. When I raised this issue with the staff, they were rude and completely denied having microwaved the burgers.

It's quite disappointing when they don’t provide the sugar and cream I requested, or the butter for my pancakes. It seems they continue to hire staff who are not attentive to customer needs.
I nearly spent $200 and only received two ranch sauces. When I asked for more, they told me there would be an additional charge. What a surprise!
The food is outstanding, offering a diverse selection of choices, and their shakes make the experience even more enjoyable.

Went there for French toast stick and they no longer have them . You can eat better sy County waffles ?
I absolutely love the breakfast sandwiches, especially when they are paired with an iced mocha coffee.
