The manager refused to give me a refill. After the machine broke down, I had to wait while she checked to see if I was a customer since she didn’t recognize me! And she was mistaken! Are you serious? Do you honestly think I would want anything after that? Is this the kind of person you hire? Come on, Jack, you can do better. I'm seriously considering my next steps regarding the racial profiling incident. To be continued…
Worst Jack n the Box ever ! Stopped in for a couple of breakfast Jack combos for me and co worker. His had egg only .... Wtf He asked me if I gave him my order by mistake. Didn't ask for anything other than two Bj combos one with Milk instead of coffee. Wow ! Seems like they F up on purpose so they won't have customers... amazing No one in front or behind me when stopped in. How does this happen!?!?!!
Ordered online, when I got there and asked for my order everyone looked confused. It was as though no one knew about online orders. I ordered two jumbo jacks. 5 orders of tacos and a 7 piece jalapeno popper. All of that was stuffed into one small bag.
I’m not sure how challenging it is to put together an online order, but it doesn’t seem like it should be that difficult. However, it certainly feels that way. The staff really deserve at least $10 an hour for their efforts. Reserva una mesa ahora
I love how they make it look like you get half a cup of Boba and for five bucks you should but in reality you're lucky to get a tablespoon.To reply: I've bought several, the Boba just gets less and less.
I like it because my brother likes to go after work. Gotta appreciate 24 restaurants ? Thx guys!
