I hadn't had a JIB burger in years, but I had a coupon and was traveling, so I decided to stop by. I ordered the crunchy chicken combo, and I have to say, the presentation was impressive—it looked delicious. However, once I started eating, it was just okay; nothing remarkable. The root beer tasted watered down, though it might have just been my experience. I ended up only finishing half of my meal. Sorry, Mr. Jack, but I probably won’t be returning.
So I was traveling from Fresno back up to Oregon where I live, I stopped off at this Jack in the box at 2am or so and I must say the lady at the window, I believe her name was Crystal, was so sweet, had a huge smile, made sure everything I ordered was hot, fresh, and RIGHT! She needs to be recognized for sure. Love her and that smile. I definitely recommend.
I work nights and any time after. Sundown is risky. Too many homeless living behind and around the place. Worst of all they either close early or have VERY limited menu becuse they run out of food. Happens weekly it seems. I stopped trying to order from this one. Way too sketchy
I highly recommend stopping here for a late night meal or an evening bite. The service is mostly good and speedy. There are occasionally nights where the drive thru is stuck for 10 mins without any movement. Reserva una mesa ahora
The only thing I get from here is the tacos when I'm in the mood for a fast, crispy taco. I remember when I was growing up, the food was so much better.
Anytime I get seasoned curly fries or regular fries be careful because they're so nice and hot season curly fries or the regular fries freshly made
Fast, friendly, and professional customer service. Really busy drive-thru but it moved fairly fast once you ordered.
