The girls at work there are mean to customers not only to myself but while I was there three people in a row complained about their food I ask if they would help me with the key off cuz I don't know how to use it. You told me to figure it out and wouldnot take a verbal order for my food I've gone there twice. Disappointed.
Aside from the need to address the trash outside the building, the atmosphere here can be unpredictable. Sometimes it feels welcoming, while at other times it doesn’t. It's important for staff to conduct regular checks on the grounds to pick up trash, empty full bins, and ensure there are no broken glasses outside.
From my personal experience, this is the best Jack in the Box in Stockton. This location not only gets my order right, but they give me fresh food, too! I only stop by here in the afternoons, so I can't attest to their morning and evening service. I definitely recommend this JitB for lunch, though.
The food really was not that great. The burger seemed rushed to where it was not neat which made me not want to have the taste for any of there food. Paid a pricy amount on my order and was not tastefully satisfied. I am not the type to call back with abad report but i can atleast advise everyone. Reserva una mesa ahora
This one is way better than the one on Pacific, but sometimes the employees don't give me a bacon substitution of a hash brown like they usually do. I guess some are probably new or just maybe don't know how. No matter, the service is still better.
The food is always served hot, and the staff is consistently cheerful. The drive-thru is quick, no matter how long the line is. They even recognize me and know that I order a Power Zero with half lemon and half grape, and sometimes cherry lemon.
I asked for for a kid meal with curly fries and gave me regular fries and the chicken nuggets were not even cooked bad service

Ordered four tacos asked for fresh ones I got 1 fresh the other 3 had soggy lettuce from sitting
