I have never had a bad experience with this delicious and fun restaurant with easy parking. The warm Connecticut Lobster Rolls are to die for. I?ve had crab cakes and the famous fish sandwich, all scrumptious. Family members have had fish tacos and pastadishes that were also excellent. Sides are also well done, great cole slaw and fries and corn on the cob. I?ve eaten in andgotten takeout both with amazing service. There?s a fun outdoor area and plenty of seating inside and even an upstairs area forlarge parties. I've always had a fantastic experience at this delightful and lively restaurant, which offers convenient parking. The warm Connecticut Lobster Rolls are absolutely delicious. I've tried the crab cakes and the renowned fish sandwich, both of which were exquisite. My family members enjoyed the fish tacos and various pasta dishes, all of which were excellent as well. The side dishes also impressed me; the coleslaw, fries, and corn on the cob were all very well prepared. I've dined in and ordered takeout, and both experiences featured exceptional service. Decided to visit for lunch overall my experience wasn?t bad. My father got the lobster roll and said it was good (8/10). I was in the mood for pasta so I went with the Lobster Fettuccine Alfredo and was disappointed but I will say the pasta itself wascooked well. The sauce was bland for my taste and the lobster was rubbery. The French fries didn?t disappoint. I will say thatthe service was nice our waitress was friendly and so was the manager. I would come back but try something else to get a betteropinion.

A fresh spot to savor top-notch seafood! Let’s be honest, when visiting Short Hills, you expect nothing but the best from its restaurants and shops. Jack’s Lobster Shack truly impressed me for several reasons. Our waiter, Bimash, assisted by Josh, two young men with bright smiles, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my friend and me feel right at home. It didn’t take long for that cozy vibe to wash over us.
Hands down the most delicious seafood. 10/10 highly recommend and I will be back for more!! Service is exceptional and location is beautiful. I enjoyed many dishes like the ceviche, garlic shrimp, lobster bisque, mudslide dessert and more. This here is the angry lobster and let me tell you! Incredibly tender and deliciously seasoned. If you?re looking for a treat or a place to be a regular- look no further.

Jack's Lobster Shack has nice decor and appealing presentation, but the wait was incredibly long. After being seated for two hours, we finally received our food. The cod sandwich and pan-seared shrimp from the menu were delicious, though the lobster steam pot felt too bland for my liking. I’d consider giving Jack's Lobster Shack another try once they improve their timing.
