On February 14th, 2023, I tried calling to place an order at a restaurant but the line was busy for a long time, even though it was only 5:15 PM. They opened at 4:00 PM, but finally someone answered and said they were closed. A friend stopped by and confirmed they were open but very busy. When he placed an order, the staff was rude and they were out of Egg Foo Young even though they had just opened. We ended up ordering Chicken Subgum, but there was no chicken in it and the veggies were overly spicy. The egg rolls were bland as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I won't be going back to order from there again.
I wasn't very impressed with this restaurant. The egg rolls and cream cheese wontons were good, but the egg foo young and fried rice lacked flavor. The almond ding was tasty but too salty with hardly any almonds. The Cantonese chow mein was not great, with floppy noodles and an overly salty sauce. The ambiance is outdated and the staff was friendly, but I'm not sure if I would return, even if they offered dine-in option.

My first and last experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The Chicken Chow Mein was made with highly processed chicken, the fried pork was full of frozen small bits, and everything had a 100% burnt taste. It seemed like they burnt the pan and didn't bother to fix it. My companion and I, Nancy, will not be returning. The meal was for dinner and cost between $10-20 per person.

I have a feeling that something is missing because the chow mein and fried rice were some of the most bland and tasteless dishes I have ever tried. They tasted like plain ramen noodles cooked in oil.
