Jalapeños Authentic Mexican Food

We waited in the drive through for a good 30 minutes, pulled up to order and we sat there for 10 minutes without anyone taking our order, we got tired of waiting so we drove up to the window. At the window and they acted surprised that no one took our order, without even saying “Sorry”. Easily some of the most poor customer service I’ve experienced in St George at a restaurant. Once we ordered, it took another 15 minutes at the window to get our food. Being in the drive through for an hour, is ridiculous. If you can’t provide fast service, don’t have a drive through.The Birria tacos, weren’t your tortillas dipped in sauce stuffed with cheese all the cheese goodness. This was just birria meat...

I read the reviews 4 months and was way excited to go here. The actual experience was disappointing. I expected this to be extremely flavorful and good Mexican food. It was average. The wait time was painfully slow considering that there was only one person ahead of me that they were making food for. I will try this again but I was disappointed. I got the simple chili relleno and enchilada. Good but by no means five star. Not even 4 star.

Went in on a Saturday morning around 10am. They were pretty busy but I would probwould habe liked to know thst it would have been a 30+ minute wait for soup when I placed the order. I ordered soup because I assumed it was ready and would not have to take time to be prepared, expediting my wait. I was mistaken.

Didn't get any salsa with my burrito which was disappointing. But, 5 stars because the price was right and that was honestly one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! Wouldn't hesitate to visit here again next time I'm in St. George. Reserva una mesa ahora

I moved here from Houston TX, and this place is BOMB!! Munudo Friday- Sunday. I haven't had one thing that was ok. Everything is excellent, the tortillas are in my top 3 all time. Go try them you won't regret it!

Jalapenos is one of our go-to places for a quick work lunch for pickup. That green sauce is YUM and the quesadilla is HUGE and cheesy. The three mini tacos are a delicious and filling bargain, too.

Progressively worse over time. Waited 25 minutes on my lunch break for a burrito when I was the only person in line. Foods mostly sour cream anyways. Better food few blocks down.

Never can get though on the phone to place an order. The wait time is 20-30 min most of the time and it's nice to have it ready when you get there. Reserva una mesa ahora

Amazing Carne Asada (Wet style). Great flavor, quick service and awesome prices. A little gem of a place. Can't wait to go back!
