I've dined at this restaurant before and found it to be excellent. Unfortunately, my recent delivery experience was disappointing. The tandoori chicken was extremely spicy, despite my request for it to be mild in the notes. Additionally, the mango lassi was quite tart and could have used more sugar. Overall, it wasn't a great experience. However, since I had such a positive visit when I ate there in person, I'm open to giving it another chance.
The food at this restaurant is very good and authentic, BUT their prices are absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. I paid $23 for a saag paneer to go. No bread, no drink, no tip. Just one vegetarian dish. Not even any protein in this dish. I just find their prices deeply offensive and over my dead body will I ever give this establishment any of my business ever again!! Go to Jersey City for great Indian food at REASONABLE prices! #price gougers
The food was outstanding, featuring authentic spiciness and a wonderful variety of flavors across the dishes. The biryani stood out as the highlight—perfectly balanced and light. It was great to see some less common dishes on the menu as well. The only downside was that the Vindaloo was a bit too red, likely due to an excess of coloring; using Kashmiri chili would create the right hue naturally.
I encountered a problem with my initial order on Grub, but the restaurant reached out to me quickly and helped resolve the issue, ensuring my order was delivered. I was quite disappointed with the price of the food and the portion size. The dish mostly consisted of sauce with only about five pieces of cubed chicken, which is not sufficient for $54. While the taste was excellent, the amount of food served did not meet my expectations for $20 per plate.
OMG! The combination of spices and flavors was incredible for my first experience here. I would definitely recommend this place. Since I work in a hotel, I’ll be sure to tell everyone about it!
This restaurant is fantastic! I highly recommend trying different items from the menu, asking for the staff's recommendations, and stepping outside your comfort zone. Enjoy your experience!

"Place is pretty good. You should definitely do something with the grease trap, that's behind the counter. When you walk in, all you can smell is a dirty locker room/ dirty dish water. Not food. It's kinda gross!!"
