I went in recently and had a horrible experience and was treated poorly. I went in with such a positive attitude thinking i was going to be served well at my favorite drinking spot, yet the cashier marina or something like that was extremely rude to me. She had a very bad attitude and made me feel like she didn't even want to take my order. She made me repeat myself because she was not even paying attention to my order instead was joking around and gazing off with her vape pen nowadays. If I could give no stars I would. I was there about 3 weeks ago. Horrible experience. Very unorganized/unprofessional. Talking. Laughing. One guy cursing saying he didn’t want to make my Pitaya bowl. Mind you I ordered 2. So I asked the young lady who rang me up to make them. They had limited supplies. To top off my experience they sent me on my way without the tops to the bowls but instead aluminum foil. Not secured at all. The bowls were horrible. I didn’t enjoy them at all from this location. I threw them away. I really should get my money back for the experience alone. Do better if you retain customers.
I’ve been ordering smoothies and fresh juices from this Jamba location for several months, and it’s always been excellent! Yesterday, I stopped by for fresh orange juice, but they had already finished juicing for the day. However, the team lead and an associate went above and beyond to prepare a fresh cup just for me. I was incredibly happy and grateful for their kindness, especially knowing it added extra work for them. The staff here are professional, friendly, and truly skilled at what they do. Terrible customer service. The cashier seemed to have difficulty understanding simple orders, and I had to repeat myself three times. She was not friendly at all. It’s frustrating that they only accept card payments. Today, 09/01/2022, they served an Acai bowl with spoiled strawberries, and the manager didn’t seem to care. This is the worst Jamba Juice experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered delivery through their website and apparently it’s very difficult to read off the two drinks off of the slip or device they’re using to get it right. The delivery guy came all this way so still ended up giving him $10 tip for the drive. In total $35 for 1 large drink. Yay me ? unbelievableOrder : 12731175626752000
7:18pm and I'm looking at 2 employees inside telling me it's closed when the sign clearly states they close at 8pm. Another location that closes whenever the hell they want which is wrong to the people that actually make it way before they close!
There was no manager available to assist us with a refund, and the staff seemed stressed and overworked. The online menu is missing many items that are available in the store. This is not a great Jamba Juice location.
Needed a longer blend run, lots of chunks... Also, the closed off dining room was off putting. Looked very off brand, as boxes and storage filled the space.

It's my go-to spot for my regular healthy smoothie, and now they also serve breakfast in the mornings.
Terrible staff, I would not risk this Jamba just go to the next one.
