The employees are consistently rude at this restaurant. It is the closest Jamba Juice to my location so I have visited multiple times. During my last visit, my husband was ordering and the cashier visibly rolled her eyes multiple times, which was quite unprofessional. The first time I went, I asked if they could accommodate removing yogurt from a bowl due to being lactose intolerant and replacing it with a dairy-free milk, but they were unable to fulfill this request. Additionally, they are often low on ingredients, causing them to suggest alternatives for our order. Everytime I go there’s always an item that’s not on stock I literally have to drive to Montebello to get my strawberry bowl because they never have strawberries. It’s sincerely annoying it’s like the manger does not know how to order the right amount of food. My friends complain about the same issue. Then there credit credit card machine seems to be always broken it’s always cash only. Tired of this place

Don't expect friendly faces or good customer service at this restaurant. It seems like they don't even have a dress code. It felt more like a concert than a dining experience. However, the drinks were decent. Despite our efforts to be polite, we received no response from the staff. Good customer service is lacking at this establishment.

It’s annoying always driving up there and never having what I like in stock. one week I went for three days straight and they still had not stocked up on strawberries. plus to add on the guy who works there is rude. Credit card machine always broken.

Great smoothie Great service Straws are too narrow.Needs larger diameter straws for the pieces of fruit to not get stuck in the straw.(This is why some places that serve smoothies use those straws that have twice the diameter of normal straws)

I ordered an acai bowl through DoorDash. Along with that, I also ordered two drinks. I'm not sure how someone could confuse a bowl with drinks, but hey, some people aren't the sharpest tool in the shed.

I was disappointed to find that there were no oranges available at this Jamba Juice location. I wish that Jamba Juice focused more on offering a variety of juices, as the name suggests.

It's really fascinating how they use technology to convert solid fruit and solid water into a cold liquid-ish state. I feel like I'm learning new science each time I visit.
