It seems that the owner—likely a franchisee—does not prioritize maintaining this location, as it clearly needs investment to ensure it is fit for business. Additionally, there were no fruit or wheatgrass displays available, and the cold case was empty. To top it off, there was an empty drink fridge in the lobby and a sign on the juice machines indicating they were out of order. The two employees on duty appeared unhappy and seemed to lack proper training. Overall, my visit was a major letdown. I highly recommend that the owner have a serious talk with their district and general manager about the state of this store. I've visited this restaurant several times recently and have been served by a new employee who has a poor attitude and provides slow service. No matter what I say, she seems to struggle to understand my requests. The last time I ordered, I asked for specific fruits to be included, but she only added bananas. This time, I made the same request, and she only gave me strawberries, even though I told her it was fine to charge me extra for it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t catch her name since she doesn’t wear a name tag, but she has reddish wavy hair and works the morning shift.

I visited this restaurant three times hoping to order an açaí bowl, but each time I was told they had run out of ingredients. It's quite amusing, really. The staff member at the register seemed preoccupied with her phone call and didn't appear to be very attentive. Additionally, the place has an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of an unclean mop, which was off-putting. I also noticed that they stack the chairs, making it impossible for customers to enjoy their smoothies on-site. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Jen, one of the staff members! Her friendly customer service really stood out. She and her coworkers managed to recreate a drink that had been discontinued. It turned out fantastic! Jen was incredibly creative throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the drink. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She is the only Jamba Juice employee that I?ve ever seen put on gloves to handle the money and then remove them and disposing of them properly.Please give her the acknowledgment she deserves.I frequent your establishmentsalmost every day all over So.Cal.She?s definitely a keeper.

Jennifer provided outstanding customer service to my uncle and me. She made sure we were well taken care of. Although they were out of wheatgrass, she recommended a nearby shop, a Jamba Juice, which we are currently visiting. She even provided us with the exact address. We're grateful for her assistance!

Showed up well before 7pm. Not can't make carrot juice, WON'T make carrot juice..... Whatever happened to basic customer service? Don't bother with this place.
