Additionally, there were no fruit or wheatgrass displays available, and the cold case was empty. To top it off, there was an empty drink fridge in the lobby and a sign on the juice machines indicating they were out of order.
The two employees on duty appeared unhappy and seemed to lack proper training. Overall, my visit was a major letdown. I've visited this restaurant several times recently and have been served by a new employee who has a poor attitude and provides slow service. No matter what I say, she seems to struggle to understand my requests. The last time I ordered, I asked for specific fruits to be included, but she only added bananas. This time, I made the same request, and she only gave me strawberries, even though I told her it was fine to charge me extra for it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t catch her name since she doesn’t wear a name tag, but she has reddish wavy hair and works the morning shift.
I ordered an acai bowl, but they were out of acai concentrate and substituted it with a Vanilla Blue Sky bowl. Then I found out they had no strawberries, no pineapple, and no spirulina—the main ingredient I was paying for. I ended up with a pale mixture that tasted like nothing more than almond milk blended with banana, which I could easily make at home. I threw the bowl away and regretted spending $8, though at least I had a 20% discount. I’ll never come back here—save yourself the disappointment and support a local smoothie shop instead.
I just left Jamba Juice feeling disappointed and without my order. The employee ignored me completely, and when I asked for assistance, she rudely told me to wait because she needed to clean the blender first. I’m not one to dictate how someone should do their job, but I would have been perfectly fine waiting seated after placing my order. Instead, I was left standing there, ignored and treated unkindly. It was a very upsetting experience, so I decided to leave. The menu looked promising, but the service ruined it for me.

I visited this restaurant three times hoping to order an açaí bowl, but each time I was told they had run out of ingredients. It's quite amusing, really. The staff member at the register seemed preoccupied with her phone call and didn't appear to be very attentive. Additionally, the place has an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of an unclean mop, which was off-putting. I also noticed that they stack the chairs, making it impossible for customers to enjoy their smoothies on-site. Overall, my experience was disappointing.
I had a wonderful experience at Jamba Juice thanks to the exceptional customer service from Jen. She and her team went out of their way to make a drink for me, even though it was no longer on the menu. The drink was amazing, and Jen’s creativity and commitment to making sure I was satisfied truly stood out. I highly recommend her and believe she deserves praise for her outstanding service!
Jennifer was absolutely exceptional! She's the only Jamba Juice employee I've seen who wears gloves when handling money and properly discards them afterward. Her attention to detail deserves recognition. I visit her Southern California location almost every day and truly appreciate her commitment as a supervisor.

Showed up well before 7pm. Not can't make carrot juice, WON'T make carrot juice..... Whatever happened to basic customer service? Don't bother with this place.
The service was slow and the prices didn't justify the experience. I had to wait 12 minutes for an orange and vegetable juice, despite there being no line.
