The entire experience was unsettling. The staff were young and unfriendly and lacked any personality. The food was ok but the Pho was over sweetened. While eating I noticed something orange stuck to my bowl, it was dried food. I alerted the server and was told that he would take it back. He immediately returned and said that his boss said that it was something that dried on the bowl from the few minutes it traveled from kitchen to table. I immediately paid my check and left. This place although authentic looking, lacks character and customer service. Pho Far East is much better.... will not be returning, look elsewhere to eat...
So today I drove to 2 different locations because one was closed and I didn?t know until arrival. I get to the second location on six forks rd and I ask if they know why the other location was closed they said due to short staff. I tried something new today the jasmin platter so wasn?t sure what it all came with. The young lady rang me up and mentioned how ready she was to go I didn?t get asked about sauce or anything. After she left I noticed I needed some kind of sauce I
Super friendly service and the lady who prepares the meals is an artist. The way she made and folded the paninis looked like she is wrapping a gift. I ordered the Lebanese Platter and it was beautiful and looked delicious. I enjoyed watching her create each meal. I really like the Lebanese Platter but the chicken was dry and the falafel is interesting. I might try their chicken kabobs if I'm hungry in the morning when I head home. Great food, terrible service. I was the only one there, and the lady who was working there (Hispanic middle age) barely spoke English, and had an attitude. She seemed irritated and unhappy to serve me, and didn't speak a word to me, even when I asked her what was popular to eat there. For such good food, I suggest you get employees that actually want to be there, and that don't have an attitude.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Staff acted as if the had someplace else to be. Very rude and English wasn't very good.As for the food, ordered 2 Gyros, 1 with extra sauce, the other with no sauce. They actually attempted to charge me for the extra!After I pointed it out, the lady did remove the additional cost. Meat wasn't fully cooked.Overall, not a place I will be returning to.
The customer service has gotten worse and worse in this location for the past few months! They barely speak with you and they do not bother to clean any of the sticky tables! And they have a sign at the checkout that says ‘Tips are appreciated’! They do absolutely nothing (in terms of customer service) other than packing your food!
This has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants! Today I placed an online order and when I got there early they made it right away for me! I forgot to add a fountain drink to my order and they were kind enough to give it to me anyways! I can?t recommend the spicy chicken panini spicy hummus enough!
I remember this place being good. Not so much anymore. I would not go back. Things were overpriced and just not good. The gyro meat was dry, not that flavorful, and ice cold. The tzatziki was incredibly watery and tasteless. What a let down.
