I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, but recently, the quality of service has significantly deteriorated. We have been receiving incorrect and very late orders, with some arriving cold. Tonight, when our order was delayed by half an hour, I called to inquire about its status, only to be told that they were too busy to fulfill it for another hour. I had ordered the food for delivery three hours earlier. I am unsure of what has caused this decline in service, but I have decided to never return to this restaurant again.
Price of delivery: £25.40 Charge to credit card: £55.40 Genuine error possible but when husband queried this the next day in person he was made to wait whilst owner went home to retrieve previous nights copy receipts. Then to be handed £25 cash and sent away..... £5 short..... we used to order a lot, low financial gain to them for loss of business!!!
I have been going there for a while and it has always been nice but last night it was awful. Noodles were so over cooked they were mushy, rice was the same. There was also a black bug in the bbq sauce! Didn't bother calling to complain because the guy that works there is always rude. Won't be going back.
Thai food from Chinese take always is sometimes hit and miss. This was fantastic! The Chinese dishes were also very good. We are relatively new to Bottisham and will definitely be visiting this takeaway again. Very good cooking. Very good quality of ingredients and reasonable prices!

Other than the minor language difficulties, the staff are friendly and the orders are prepared on a timely basis and most dishes are hot and yummy. Better than the buffet places in bury st Edmunds
The food at this restaurant is excellent, but there is a 50p charge for using a debit card, no matter the cost of the meal. This can be quite frustrating.
Placed an order for delivered, turned up on time but was cold, chips not fully cooked, I am a vegetarian And there was meat in my chow mein.
Tonight was excellent as always - consistently good, warm, and reliable! Thank you once again for another fantastic takeaway.

Always have lovely food from Jasmin Always hot and always tasty. Never had a problem ordering and have always been polite
Very poor tasting food, undercooked and cold. Owner very rude to staff and customers. Absolute shambles of a place.
