Jasmine Rice Thai Restaurant

We picked this restaurant because of its Trip Advisor rating, and it didn't disappoint. Atmosphere is noisy and family friendly. Although the restaurant was crowded, our food came quite quickly - we were done in a hour, sharing two entrees and two mains. Our total - including rice, two beers and a glass of wine - was $75. Our mains were Massaman Beef and my favourite, Pla Jian - crispy deep fried fish fillet with ginger sauce. The presentation of food is consistently excellent. Entrees were small, but the mains very generous. Service was first class.

The restaurant was very busy and warned us that due to the show at the entertainment centre that we may have to wait a bit. Our meal however was delivered in quite reasonable time and was delicious. We sat on cushions on the floor which was a challenge for the old bones but overall a very pleasant experience. Wait stall were delightful!

You can either sit at a table or for fun you have the option of sitting on the floor (shoes off!) The food is ALWAYS fantastic. Never a bad lunch or dinner here. I start salivating even before we get to the restaurant. Great Great Great!!! A Must for all!!!

Absolutely love this restaurant for getting my Thai food fix. I have not had a disappointing dish here yet. I especially love the option of sitting on the floor for dinner.

We were attended by wonderful, helpful staff & the food was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed all dishes presented.
