I used to pick up food from Jefferson's often, but after tonight, I won’t be coming back. The woman handling takeout orders was incredibly rude. She walked past me to take another couple’s order inside and, in doing so, squeezed between me and a table, causing me to almost fall. The chairs and table shifted and nearly collided with another nearby table. She didn’t say a word or apologize, nor did she inform me about the wait time for my food. She was a blonde woman wearing a red and white shirt during the start of the Super Bowl. A young man noticed what happened, came over, apologized on her behalf, and told me my order would take about 10 minutes.
Updated 9-2022, First time back in years since covid and my office shut down and I must say, quite the improvement!! They are expanding and the wings and flavors options are abundant, good vibes and the previous staff seems to have been replaced or theyare no longer all on the same shift! I'll be back! Wish I had wing pics to share. Plenty of other food options as well, Ihear the oysters are the good.

I have previously written reviews about this restaurant and I really love it. I am accustomed to eating at Hooters or larger bars, but overall, everything here is great. The female staff members are exceptional. I like to joke around with them, but they always provide excellent service. I want to give a special thank you to Miss Jamie.

Good burger and sweet potato fries. Server was friendly but slow, especially compared to other servers at adjacent tables. Also didn?t receive an itemized bill, just the total. I realize that is picky but just a personal thing.

We tried the fish basket and buffalo shrimp tacos at Jefferson's, and everything was excellent—from the friendly service to the reasonable prices. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Wanted a burger so we found this place. Enjoyed it greatly. All the food we had hit the spot. We will be back to try more wing flavors.

I highly recommend trying the Black n Blue burger paired with a Shiner Bock beer. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
Always a great food and service experience. The prices are good and the portion sizes are generous.
