Ordering online and having it delivered was a very good experience. Getting what I ordered was a bit different. I ordered the Italian sub with no onions, no peppers and no pickles. All three were on it Thank goodness the taste didn 't saturate into the bun too much before I could get them off. No lettuce or tomatoes comes on it either and I should have requested them. I also got the Mikes Philly WITH NO peppers. Wrong! Looks like they had originally put the peppers in it and then tried to take them out. It still had a few left in it. Tonight's crew absolutely rocked it! They had customers laughing and were working efficiently at the same time. I appreciate that this place has its own gluten-free station and doesn't make me feel bad for requesting it. They even ask about allergies or preferences. There is no other sandwich shop like Jersey Mike's! They are very gluten-free friendly.
By far the most pleasant experience I’ve had at any Jersey Mike’s, EVER. Tre, Hannah, and Danira were amazing. Tre gave me a wonderful suggestion to enhance the taste of my meal, which was a 10/10. I felt like I spent no time in the restaurant because he was soooo delightful. Everyone was kind and in good spirits; I truly was marveled by the service!
The food is good but the service is slow as ever. I ordered 3 hot subs, it’s 4 people working and it took them 5 mins after I ordered my subs to start cooking them. It’s like they all moving slow as heck not quick to get your order

I didn’t catch the guys name but the sandwich artist was a pleasure! Both friendly, comical and fun to watch make sandwiches! If you can imagine that… can’t be great service and food!
The best Jersey Mike's I've ever been to! The service here was outstanding and better than any restaurant I've visited in the past two years! Bravo to the team here!
I requested no lettuce in my bowl, but they gave me a bowl with 80% lettuce and only 10% of everything else.
