It says they open at 10am while waiting outside I look inside and see a young lady on here cell phone. Finally she opens the door and she doesn't say a word walks to the back and still doesn't say a word mind you now there's 3 of us on line waiting no sorry I will be right with she just leans on the counter and stands there. All of a sudden she says what do you want instead of how can I help you.Terrible customer service!! Never been to a Jerseys Mike's that wasn't friendly!! Until today!! That whole staff needs to be trained on customer service!!
Employees work together for bread, cheese, meats, veggies to ensure orders are correct. After each sub is constructed and passed along for wrapping, the given area is quickly cleaned to assure next sub will not be affected.
