To add to the experience, after the sandwiches were finished, I was waiting for the pepper sauce I had requested earlier. As she walked away, she turned around and asked if I needed anything else. She tossed the sauce into a container, threw it in the bag, and walked off. I generally dislike writing complaint reviews, but I felt it was justified based on today's experience. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to know the preparation process for every item on the menu. It would be more appropriate for the server to clarify everything while preparing the order, rather than making me feel like I was in the wrong.

The food is consistently delicious and fresh, and the restaurant itself is always clean. The service is quick as well. However, I've noticed that recently there's a young employee with a brown ponytail and glasses who has a rather poor attitude. He tends to be short and snappy, speaking to customers in a condescending way. I've observed him treating others this way while waiting in line. It’s quite off-putting and leaves a bad impression. Fortunately, since the service is so fast, you don't have to be there long enough to endure it.
Jersey Mike's Subs is an excellent spot for delicious subs and wraps, offering friendly and quick service in a welcoming setting. I visit at least once a week and have always been impressed by the fast preparation and consistent quality of my order. With their loyalty rewards program and double points on Wednesdays, I'm a loyal customer for life. I highly recommend this location if you want a generous, high-quality sandwich at a great value—the tasty food and warm service will leave you smiling all the way to your meal!
Jersey Mike's Subs is the only place where I truly enjoy subs! Everything is always fresh, packed full, and tasty. The bread is fantastic, and they have a wide variety of options to choose from. The Club Sub is definitely my top favorite! The team at the Roosevelt Blvd location is always great, and they even gave me extra points for my birthday yesterday—thanks, guys! I really hope they open a location at Largo Mall soon!

I have never had Jersey Mike's before and WOW was I impressed! The staff were very friendly. I got a regular sized club on Rosemary cheese bread and I got it Mike's Way. It was delicious! And I am stuffed from just the sandwich, excellent portions. Iwill be back, for sure. I stopped going to Subway years ago for various reasons and have been getting my subs at Publix but nowI'm not going anywhere but Jersey Mikes. Yum!
There was a hair in our Philly cheese steak, that's enough to make anyone lose their appetite. In addition to that the AC vents right above where people are eating have turned black from dust and mold. We saw the same a few months ago and manager assuredus new vents where going to be put in the next business day. It's very disappointing to see nothing was done in months. We willnot visit Clearwater location again.
Joel and Dankin are two of the most professional, most friendly guys that I have ever encountered! We called about 10 minutes before closing and they said that it was no problem if we come in! We got there are ordered at least 20 sandwiches and kept them 15 minutes after closing and they were amazing! Highly recommend! PLUS THE TUNA IS AMAZING
This restaurant offers fantastic sandwiches with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. The service is fast and efficient. Since it's primarily a takeout spot, the atmosphere doesn't really matter.
