The sandwich I ordered was very messy and soggy. They added pepper without my request, making the sandwich overly spicy. There was also a strange taste to it that I did not enjoy. I was highly disappointed as I have always recommended Mike's over Subway. I should have just gone to Subway instead. Furthermore, I did not receive my drink with the order. Additionally, DoorDash only offered a partial refund, which doesn't make sense.
They prioritize online orders making you wait in line forever without taking your order until they are done packing pickup orders. Obviously they are making good money on online orders so they need to hire somebody specifically to take care of that. I won't be coming back.
This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike's, and I was impressed. The food was fresh, both in appearance and taste. The staff was quick and polite, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

The sandwiches were excellent with fresh ingredients. Although they didn't have the chips we requested, they substituted with the best option available.
The tuna fish sandwich I had truly made my day—it was incredible! I couldn't resist going back for another experience. I was so happy!
There was no bacon on my sandwich for the second time in a row. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
