I visit this location about every other week. When it comes to subs, I believe Jersey Mike's is top-notch. The ingredients are very fresh and they are generous with their portions. A tip for you - join the 'My Mike's Sub Club' for rewards after buying a certain number of sandwiches. Today, I used my points for a free sub - what a treat! When I walked in, one of the staff members recognized me and thanked me for my continued patronage. They even gave me a free soda and offered me some chips or a cookie to go with my sub. My boyfriend and I decided to get Jersey Mike's for dinner last night. We got there around 8:15ish. There were two men waiting and a couple who was paying. The two workers greeted us and were friendly. They told us they only had rosemary bread, but they were baking more and would take a few minutes. I told them it was fine and did not mind waiting. We had just sat down when the bread was ready. We did not wait more than three minutes. We ordered and customized our sandwiches and both gentlemen were nice and provided great customer service! Always great food and service at Bolsa JM! I am writing this review specifically for the care the team took tonight 3/20 7pm on my mobile order for my daughter, who will be late coming home from school. They actually read my special instructions note and took great care to follow through with my weird request of wrapping the bread and veggie/meats separately so that her bread wouldn’t get soggy. I am impressed. I feel like custom request especially on a mobile order get overlooked! Great attention to detail! So happy!

Wow. Welcome to the saddest place on earth. Not one person working at this place had a smile on their face. In fact, a few had snarls. But, the cherry on top, the guy who had to repeat himself several times because we couldn't understand him with chewing tobacco in his mouth. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak with extra cheese and added portobello mushrooms. What a joke. Payed $5 extra for nothing. Not happy. Won't be going back here. $18 for a $10 sandwhich. Gave an extra star for soft bread and flavor is good. But they ripped me off. I rummaged through the meat and found TWO pieces of mushroom. Minuscule bell pepper and onions and definitely not extra cheese.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and the sandwiches are amazing. I ordered the #2 'Mike's way' and it was delicious. They also have a small outdoor patio, which is great on a sunny day. However, the restaurant can get very busy during lunch, so they may overlook cleanliness at times. I had to wipe down the outdoor table before sitting down.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant. Unfortunately, I did not receive a text notification, so my order was left at my front door for nearly 30 minutes before I realized it was there. While the sandwiches were delicious, the communication from the delivery service was lacking.

Amazing service today, friend and i went today right at noon when it was busy and they handled everything so efficiently. I have a gluten allergy and he took such care and changed gloves, cutting board, knife and condiments. Thank you so much for the team today, you're amazing Reserva una mesa ahora

This is a busy little location, however they always deliver! Sandwiches and always done correctly, The hot subs are hot and the Cold Subs are cold and fresh! These sub are worth the price. Thanks Guys You Rock!

Best subs of all subs and fast friendly service! Prices are fair so worth the trip lots of choices and options of course Mikes way too!
