I hope this gets to the franchisee of the Dickson City store. I always liked Jersey Mikes, but this latest experience may have pushed me back to subway! First, I called in an order. The guy answered and I wasn 't even sure he said Jersey Mikes. He literally grunted. I thought a gorilla had picked up the phone. THEN, when I was ordering, there was silence the whole time until the end. Then he grunted something. I eventually got out that he wanted to know chicken or beef. The conversation sounded like he had a hoagie hanging out of his mouth. Anyway, I got a giant big Kahuna, provolone instead of American, and Banana peppers instead of Jalapenos. Extra! Same as I always order, and never a Prob...
Excellent customer service. I misspoke while ordering and they fixed my sub with no issues. Every sub is sliced right in front of you so you know it's fresh fresh. And even the woman at checkout who wrapped the subs in the paper just made them look like a proper sub! I can't wait to get home to eat it!!! Places to sit and eat inside too.
I really enjoy their hoagies—while they are a bit on the expensive side, they are absolutely delicious! As for parking, there are several spots available across the street from Sheetz in Dickson City. The service is quick, and you can either order online or in-store.
The best cheesesteak I've had! The bread is always fresh, and even when they're busy, I'm in and out in just 10 minutes at most. However, parking can be difficult during peak hours.

Love Jersey Mike’s. My order is always perfect from this location. It does get busy so I would order ahead of time!
Best sub internet little prices but it worth it they pack the sandwich gooood I get 2 meal from the sandwitch
