Jersey Mike's Subs

I love Jersey Mike's, but I recently had a disappointing experience. During my visit today, they forgot to put mayo and bacon on my sandwich. I called to notify them, and they offered to refund the charge for the bacon but nothing else. I also tipped them, but I wish they had offered to remake my sandwich, especially since my order totaled $17.56. I was the only customer in the store at the time, and they had confirmed my order before making it. It's frustrating when you pay a lot for food and then things like this happen. Unfortunately, I won't be supporting this location in the future.

This has been my go to sub place since 2020 every location I’ve been to has been more than friendly on substituting or changing out an item or adding one. Well today after already dealing with a horrible day I was told no we can’t do that. Like, since when? I even expressed it to two other people in there other workers heard the conversation as well. If you want a friendly care about your customer service don’t go to vadnais heights.. will be taking the extra 10 min drive to a separate location.

This might be the most bland sub I've ever had. Supposedly there were three types of meat - ham, prosciutto, and capicola. However, all of them were an unappetizing light pink color. While ham is known for being pink, it shouldn't be this pale. The other two meats should not be pink at all. Capicola is meant to be spicy, but it seems like they toned it down to suit Minnesota tastes. I only tried it once and won't be back. Rating: 1/5 for food.

First time at Jersey Mike's went to that location cos it was close to Church on that day I do like the fact that they slice the meats right before your eyes which makes it fresh still the only problem spending 17 dollars on a 6 inch with very little choices for vegetables 17 dollars is double the price than Subway for the same size sub and Subway has much bigger selection of vegetables too the sub was very tasty though Service: Dine in Reserva una mesa ahora

We recently hosted a resident event and Grace had exceptional customer service. She took our catering order, she delivered it to us and also helped set up the entire party. She assisted in everything at the party. She is such a sweet young lady. we really appreciate all the help and how she went the extra mile. Thank you so much for everything-Aster Meadow Apartments. This restaurant is extremely clean and the sandwiches are delicious. However, what stands out the most is the respectful and kind treatment from all the employees. The establishment is wheelchair accessible with plenty of space. The service is for dine-in lunches and the price per person ranges from $1 to $10. There is ample parking available in a free parking lot.

They are so great on their customer service that the managers must have trained them in right , they all deserve a raise. That's how it used to be . Parking: It was easy to park in the handicap spot they have ample spots also for people to park. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
