Jersey Mike's Subs

All of the staff members were wearing earphones and avoided making eye contact. They spoke in a condescending manner and when I asked them to repeat themselves, one of them sighed and rolled their eyes. I usually don't like to complain as I work in the restaurant industry myself and understand how customers can be, but this experience was disappointing. There are several other sub places to choose from in the area, so next time I will definitely be trying one of those instead.

The service was great and my salad (they call it a bowl now) was AMAZING! Just like I remember years ago- Chicken Philly with lettuce tomatoes onions and banana peppers. Chicken and grilled veggies are so well seasoned you almost don't need dressing- THANX!

I recently dined at Jersey Mike's, located by Piedmont Hospital in Henry County. The turkey sub I ordered was prepared perfectly to my liking. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with my experience at this sub shop.

I feel like the fish from SpongeBob who received exceptional service at this restaurant. I am completely satisfied with my sandwich - I ordered the #17 with bacon added and it exceeded my expectations.
