I only write reviews for places that truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service, and this location is absolutely one of them. They excel in every aspect—from the consistently fresh ingredients to the unique "Mikes Way" option. The staff is both professional and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in a clean environment. Even the wrapping of the sandwiches is impressive. This was, without a doubt, the best sub experience I've had in the Midwest. The last few times we ordered delivery from here they forgot our cookies. I was next door this morning giving my dog a bath at pet evolutions so I thought I'd stop in there and get the cookies they shorted us. Their were two gals working and the older one had a snide remark about how many times we've called about shortages. I felt like ripping into her and telling her maybe you should double check the orders before sending them out but I didn't. Attention upper management, if you read this maybe you should have a talk with her. We probably order once a week from here but possibly not anymore. The lady said it to me looks a little rough around the edges. So dont deal with this gal!!
This is a review of the Jersey Mike's in Woodbury at Valley Creek Plaza. Great hot and cold sandwiches, much better than Subway or Jimmy Johns. Everything made fresh. Bread which is the key to a good sandwich is always soft and tastes freshly made. The Original Italian Sub Sandwich is one of my favorites and The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak is one of the best Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches that you can find.
If you ever want a meal where they make it correctly, are always friendly, and good value for what you get, go here! Seriously this is hard to find these days!
