To start off, this particular location is decent, however make sure to double check your order. We are typically shocked when everything comes out as ordered... the food itself always tastes the same, but at times the side salad or soup is missing, or they give you the wrong soup, or they forget the chicken in your meal, etc. Just make sure to double check, especially if you're ordering dor multiple people. Added notes for people who are not as familiar with Noodles and Company: My wife and kids love Noodels and Company. They could eat it almost every day. I can't believe it’s been five years since I last visited Noodles, and I have to say, the quality has really declined. First of all, the containers looked like something I’d expect from a gas station’s hot food station—very unappealing. I tried the mac and cheese, and it was disappointing; it seems they’ve switched to a cheaper cheese that didn’t taste good at all. I couldn’t even finish it. My husband managed to get through his chicken Parmesan, but he thought it was bad too—the chicken was extremely salty. I wouldn’t recommend going to Noodles until they improve their quality. It now feels like a fast-food version of pasta.
I visited today to try the Wisconsin mac and cheese. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. However, when I got home and started eating my mac and cheese, I discovered several hairs in it, as if someone had pulled their hair out and it ended up in my food. It was really off-putting, and I couldn't finish the meal because I was too grossed out.
I have always had a good experience at Noodles, but I must say that my recent visit to the Woodbury location exceeded all expectations. The service and food were absolutely fantastic. Despite Noodles being considered a fast food restaurant, the staff at this location treated us like we were dining at a high-end establishment with fine dining amenities. Excellent job!

Adam provided excellent service during our visit to the restaurant. He generously offered us complimentary items as a gesture of appreciation, since we work at the school district he graduated from. He was polite and friendly throughout our dining experience. The customer service at this establishment is top-notch.
I ordered reg mac and cheese. Got home, took off the cover, and the food smelled like old cheese. I took a couple bites but couldn’t eat anymore because that’s how strong the odor was. Never had this happen before so the cheese has to be expired. Gross! Never again.
We decided to have lunch at Noodles Company and were delighted to discover they offered low/no cholesterol options. The food was delicious and it's a fantastic choice for a fast meal that doesn't taste like typical fast food.
WHO WROTE THIS ON MY FOOD. I want to talk to your manager and let them know what an awesome job their team is doing. But really appreciate you guys for the kind gesture, continue being awesome!

The pad thai was very tasty. The only reason for the four star rating was because the prices were to high for what you got
