Unfortunately, we had an experience that echoed the sentiments shared by many other reviewers. The idea of "quick" service is far from the reality we've encountered. Our office, located near CR 81, has attempted to order food online during busy workdays, but the last three times we ordered, it took 45 minutes each time. On our most recent attempt, we had to rush to the location to pick up our food ourselves, just to avoid further delays. When we confronted a young manager about the situation, she was defensive and offered no valid excuses. In fact, she refused to refund our delivery fee despite the issues we faced. I have consistently experienced rude service whenever I order from this restaurant. I decided to give it another chance today, but the experience was unbelievable. I live just 1.8 miles away, and after waiting more than 30 minutes for my order, I called to check on its status. The young woman who answered didn't introduce herself and seemed clearly irritated to take my call. When I asked about my order, she interrupted me, stating that the driver had multiple deliveries and that mine was on the way, without even asking for my name or any details about my order. I understand they may be busy, but it's essential to treat customers with respect.
So frustrating this is the third time in a row I have ordered from this jimmy Johns and they messed up the order! First time calling and saying something today!! They reminded my husband 3 times he needs to give the sandwich they messed up back!!! Like we don?t want it in the first place!! Then the sandwich they remade for us was wrong again!!! I listened to my husband repeat exactly what he wanted twice! If you can?t listen to someone?s order let someone else answer the phone!
It's clear that the restaurant is short on staff, but the team is certainly doing their best. I've been a regular lunch customer here, and unfortunately, I've had issues with missing items in nearly all of my orders over the past month. The restaurant didn't open until 10:30, which I understand, but the way I was treated was disappointing. A staff member greeted me with a frustrated expression and told me they wouldn't open until that time. It would be better to keep the doors closed until opening rather than displaying rudeness to paying customers.
"Honestly, I know it’s just food, but we waited over an hour for sandwiches that were soggy, with the bread practically dripping. On top of that, our chips were missing. Last week, we also encountered missing items. It’s frustrating to find straws and other things absent too. Come on, this is basic service!"
