I would suggest never ordering delivery from this location. I just moved close to this location and ordered for the first time a few weeks back. My order never came after waiting over an hour after a couple phone calls it seemed like the driver justdelivered to the wrong place and they said I could come get a replacement order which I did. They didn't offer anything for thethe mess up but I was cool with it. I understand mistakes happen. A few weeks later I decide to give them another shot andplace another order. Ordered a sandwich for delivery and was brought the completely wrong sandwich. I called the store and the lady who answered was so nice and helpful. I explained the sandwich I got vs. What I ordered and she said she can refund or send out another sandwich. I asked for a remake and she promptly made it and sent it back out to me. The girl who dropped it off moved so fast I couldn't even hand her the couple bucks I had for bringing it back over so fast! Over all I appreciate them remaking it and getting it back out so quickly.
I ordered two sandwiches online at noon on a Tuesday. It took 45 minutes for delivery, and I even had to call the store because the online tracker indicated that my order had already been delivered before the sandwiches actually arrived. The Unwich was poorly made; the inner wrapper was stuck inside the lettuce wrap, so I had to take it apart to make a salad. The other sandwich also wasn't customized as I had requested. Overall, it was neither fast nor good—definitely not living up to expectations.
I stopped by the Jimmy John's drive-thru at 2:00 PM and was told they were closed, even though all the lights were on and the open sign was illuminated. It seems like when the staff doesn’t feel like working, they just shut down.

Took my order for over $300 to be delivered to a meeting. They did not deliver and will not pick up the phone. Let it ring 100 times and eventually they pick up and hang up.
The blonde dude working with finger tattoos is awesome at his job. Very fast at making sandwiches never a long wait when he’s making them. Might I add he’s very attractive.
