sandwich was good, but the staff was strange. I asked very politely about a glass of water with my sandwich, which was over ten dollars and the girl said that we have no glasses of water. I obviously gave her a strange confused look and she surprised me and turned away from me. would not put it over jimmy johns to not supply customers with conductive water without charging them 5 dollars, but this is not possible to say no to a paying customer to eat their salty lunch meat.
Horrible communication at this place, I went through the drive Tru to get a sandwich. I noticed there was a longer line then usual, so I waited 20 mins to get to the ordering machine to only have no one ask for my order for over 10 mins. I pulled up to the window to see what was going on, only to see the place wasn't even open. Why couldn't they have put a sign saying it was closed? They wasted the time of so many customers. It was ridiculous.
I've visited both the inside and drive-thru at this restaurant. My order was only partially correct. I requested my sub to be cut in half, but I had to double-check on that. I ordered a slim tuna but received a slim 1 roast beef instead. They never ask me if I'm a rewards member, which happens every time. I recommend going to the Broadview location instead; it's worth the extra distance.
My wife and I came to dine in for lunch. I'm not sure why, however they made the next four orders prior to ours, after we placed our order. I asked where our sandwiches were they said they were next up. No apology, explanation, or anything. I asked for extra onions on my sandwich, the lady acknowledged me and ignored my request. I love this place, but I think he's closed and I'm cheated. they have always made my order right and eating is fresh. we are forced to order from the site wolf and 22. Now throwing on spices. the cookies and the brot from the wolf rd. location are also completely stoney.
I requested my sandwich without any vegetables or extras, but they still filled it with everything, and I had to remove it all myself. This is my second visit to this location, and it seems like they don't care about their work at all.
I ordered online for delivery, and it took 40 minutes for my sandwich to arrive. I live just 3 minutes away by car! Plus, they forgot to include my packets of mayo.
