The bar had no soft bar and was filled with empty cups/glass on the counter. 8:36PM? finally, 3 people from the kitchen appear. The guy in the blue shirt looked at us, but then looked back as if we weren't there. Obviously this place is heavily understated?. The standard we have here tonight is not the standard we would like to receive. Thanks for leaving.
Was disappointed with the food. Although crab legs are pretty much the same everywhere these lacked taste and was not impressed with the dinner. The side with it were hard potatoes and rock hard shrimp. In less then 5. minutes the food wascold. The only two thing that was good or nice was the Rockefeller oysters and attentive waitress. Joe?s use to have crab nachos, but now they have shrimp and crab dip. I asked the waitress if they could give me something similar to what crab nachos use to be, and they sure did! The chef came out personally to show me what he created and it was absolutely delicious! 10/10.

Food here is amazing! If you ever in the mood for a quick seafood bite do yourself a favor and head over here! The drinks are great and the staff is attentive, always asking if anything is needed. Huge parking lot outside so that?s never an issue.Overall this place rocks!
I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at Joe's Crab Shack with my family, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was outstanding, and our server was friendly, attentive, and very efficient. The atmosphere was ideal for families.
Joe's Crab Shack is an outstanding restaurant with top-notch food! I'm eager to go back. The only thing I would love to see is a meal deal that includes surfing and lawn activities.
Everything was excellent, from the drinks and appetizers to the customizable steam pots. Our server was friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time during our visit.

The waiting staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the food quality is good. I ordered the East Coast Platter.
The waitress was very nice and helpful the food was great. Definitely go back again
