Having grown up in the Cape May area, I've always loved Sam's pizza on the Wildwood Boardwalk, and I consider Italian Affair in North Cape May a close second. Since moving to Bridgeton 18 months ago, I've tried numerous pizza places, but I can confidently say that Joe's has become my favorite. Their pizzas are generously loaded with toppings, the sauce is bursting with flavor, and they are always cooked to perfection (I prefer mine a bit well done). Joe's is now my go-to spot for a great pie!
I ordered the large New York-style bacon pizza, which arrived generously topped with cheese and toppings. The sauce had a nice sweetness to it, and although the crust could have used a bit more seasoning, I still found it quite enjoyable overall. The hot wings came with a side of sauce and were perfectly crispy, though they were a bit too heavily breaded for my liking. They did offer a generous portion of blue cheese on the side as well.
Lately, my favorite has been my grandpa's go-to: one half of the pizza with pineapple for me and my fiancé, and we also really enjoy the Sicilian style. Often, when ordering pizza, I find something I dislike, whether it’s the sauce, crust, or cheese. But Joe's is an exception; I love all of their elements, and they blend perfectly together. My family can’t recommend Joe's highly enough!
Love love love joes pizza. My one and only pizza place in Bridgeton. Other than Franco’s, and maybe big John’s, joes provides that authentic Italian palate for taste! Mmmm we love joes pizza! The pizza here is excellent and has become our go-to choice in the area. However, they've changed the recipe for their Grandma's Brooklyn Style pizza, and it’s not as good as it used to be; it’s more similar to Sicilian pizza now. The steaks are great, and the meat is finely chopped, which adds to the overall quality.
Best pizza and bacon cheddar fries in Bridgeton. Try the white cheesesteak pizza or wings. You will not be disappointed. Don't be surprised if they are busy but well worth it.
Awesome pizza and fries! You should go there sometime! You will live it there! They are not that packed which it great! So it is not that loud!
