JB’s has been here a while and is pretty good. It’s like most pub style restaurants. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Wednesday is $5 burger night so that’s a nice option. Lots of different beers on tap and mine was always delivered to the table ice cold. It’s not food related but I love the historical pictures of Waltham and it’s old businesses that are hanging throughout the restaurant. I will definitely be back again with friend for more beers and burgers.
Good service. Sat outside on the patio, Server greeted us immediately although he did not introduce himself. My wife and I ordered a starter of the pub skins, they were delicious. The crisp was perfect, served hot.. We also ordered 2 tavern burgersdone medium rare. Perfect juiciness.. The server also immediately brought me a refill as soon as I finished my water 10/10.
We dined at John Brewer's Tavern on a weekday from 4 to 6 PM during their half-off appetizer special, which was a great bargain. The portions were ample, and the service was outstanding. We also brought our young child along and were pleased to find the environment very family-friendly.
They have not once gotten a pick up order correct in 2.5 years and today was the final straw. Two hairs in two different dishes and one sandwich was the complete opposite of what we ordered. And that's what the carrots looked like. Disgusting all around. Reserva una mesa ahora
Kitchen was overwhelmed. Wouldn't order take out on a sat night again or at all. In addition when I got home we realized my husband's meal was missing the French fries. My salad had wilted lettuce and black avocado. Not impressed.
The service at John Brewer's Tavern was both friendly and efficient. I ordered the turkey gobbler wrap, and it was incredibly delicious! They were also showing the Bruins game, so I look forward to coming back soon.
It was our first time there food was wonderful the portions or great would really desserts were really good portions for the desserts would be highly recommended to share again all the food was really wonderful
Good American food. On Par with Joe’s Bar Grille Good option during 2020 pandemic as they facilitate Grubhub and Uber eats. Can’t wait to dine here sometime in 2021! Reserva una mesa ahora
