I absolutely love this place. The produce selection and quality is always great. Every time I go there I see something that I missed previous visits. Tons of local products which is great to see. Amazing selection of high quality local meats and fish (mostly frozen). Dom's marinated steak tips and chicken are so good. Definitely buy some! They make their own pickles, feta stuffed olives, etc. The homemade baked goods always look amazing. I'm trying not to weigh 1,000 pounds so I've managed to resist so far. Staff are mostly young kids who are all friendly and helpful. They also have tons of plants and flowers. It's worth the trip!
Recently, I decided to try some potato salad and pickled beets. However, I was surprised to find that the potatoes in the salad were quite hard, and the beets were the same. Both were inedible, which felt like a waste of money. I also tried some apple crisp I'd bought there, and to my surprise, the apples in that were hard as well! I’ll chalk it up to them having an off day in the kitchen, but it was disappointing, and I really hate wasting money.
I'll stick to buying their fresh produce and delicious pies, which are definitely their strong suits. Hopefully, my next visit will be better!
Love this stand! It's a produce wonderland not to mention all of the amazing pies! I have a severe affinity for coconut custard pie and when I can't make it myself I will always get it here instead! They are reasonably priced, have great selections of produce, desserts, breads, local honey flowers and some prepared meals in both the fridge and freezer. Don't let the tight Parking at busy times scare you off this place is great!
This place is consistently fantastic for finding local, fresh produce and plants. They offer delicious baked goods, and you can either pick your own plants to grow or simply grab fresh items for dinner. It's ideal for preparing an incredible home-cooked meal or even just enjoying a quick snack.

Love this place the veggies are so fresh, the fresh fruit tastes so delicious and the baked goods are amazing. We are from out of town, so we make sure this is a local stop EVERY TIME we visit. We are never disappointed and always find something new and tasty every time we come.
This was a great find, last Sunday! Delicious and fresh fruits and vegetables, Christmas trees, holiday wreaths, a store with scores of homemade goodies, local honey and maple syrup, frozen foods, everything one could possibly want that is made and produced in little RI!
Pies are usually great but they get overwhelmed during the holidays. My Dutch apple was burnt and no way could I serve it on Thanksgiving. To make matters worse, they take the phone off the hook. I will buy a pie there again but not during the holidays.
This place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and their pies are homemade, contrary to what John F claimed. While they do source their crust from elsewhere, all the other ingredients in the pie are made with their own frozen fresh fruit!

I've been visiting Johnson's for years, and the quality of everything is outstanding. The staff is also incredibly friendly.
