One of my favorite Taiwanese spots in the South Bay!This time around, we ordered:-pickled cabbage warm pot (lamb)-juicy pork dumplings-juicy pork dumplings crab meat-fried golden milk buns-salted egg yolk tofu-moo shu chow mein-dry sauteed string bean-matsuzaka meat garlic sauce-red bean sesame pancakeHonestly, everything is super good. Highlights for me are the salted egg yolk tofu, their noodles, and their red been sesame pancake. I would avoid the matsuzaka meat garlic sauce. Not too special. This is my #1 xiaolongbao in the Bay Area.Their pork filling is super soft and juicy. Flavor is light and refreshing. Each bao is relatively big so I can only finish 5-6 max in one sitting. Their dishes are a little heavier on ginger (which I love).The servers are really attentive even though they’re busy. They’re blunt but not rude. It can get a little noisy since it’s just one big room.Bathrooms are pretty clean, and there’s a separate one for only women.
Easily one of my favorite XLB spots in South Bay! The wrappers are thicker, which I personally prefer over the Din Tai Fung style soup dumplings with super thin wrappers. My favorite is their juicy pork XLB the meat is super juicy and flavorful. Some of the other dishes can be hit or miss but they're never terrible, just average.
