Joy Teriyaki - Reserva de mesa

Heres the thing. I absolutely love their food! It’s by far one of the best expensive Teriyaki joints but the food is so good you dont mind paying $20/person. My problem is their hours…you close up shop at 8:30pm. Ok, fine but you turn away customers who are there to dine in at 8pm! Its not like you’re not busy…the time I waited to get my food 4 people walked in and ordered food…That’s not cool at all! Ive been coming to Joy’s since 2013 when they were in GH area. But now they’re a good 35 mins away from me and to not be able to eat dinner at the restaurant is very disappointing. Ill have to think a few times before making the drive out here.

Staff will talk about customers w/o knowing some can understand them, they sold the worst cooked beef to us but will not apologize but actually say they are not at fault and they never did anything wrong. If the meat quality is horrible but you over cook it and over marinate it, yes it will equal to a horrible dish. This can just be a mistake but no sorry no nothing. Its not what happened, its how they acted upon the situation is so wrong. I will never spend a cent here again. So so so rude , also wasting my time writing this post. I cannot believe people actually think its ok to run a business like this.

Well I had joy for the first time at their new location. Food was great! It got very very expensive compared to the affordable joint it used to be. I understand prices go up tho in 2024 and what not. Got the chicken and shrimp combo and the shrimps were a lot smaller.. a lot of rice of course to fill you up. Overvall food was good, but just expensive. I will only be going ever my once in awhile due to cost. Glad there still in business but nothing beats the Glendale heights location when it was open! Da original spots are always da best no matter what and that’s with every business I feel as if..

This place is truly a hidden Gem! I recommended Joy Teriyaki to everyone in and out of town. The consistency of the food and taste is incredible. I have never been disappointed once and I come here almost every week. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean. I would definitely bring my family here!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! Their food is excellent and comes in a good portion . Didn’t think this location would be that good compared to their original location in Glendale Heights . But surprisingly it was ! I had the spicy pork teriyaki and gyoza , it was amazing.

One of my favorite places to eat in all of Chicagoland! Their food is unmatched and excellent. Been a fan of Joy since the early 2000's and used to go to their Glendale Heights location. A must try!!

Lady was rude at the counter. Left without purchasing. Hard to believe it's same owners from Bloomingdale. Was really excited to finally try new location but due to bad service will not be returning.

I didn’t even take a picture of my food it was so delicious. I drove all the way from Aurora to have this and it never disappoints. I’ll keep coming here a lot more. Reserva una mesa ahora
